Jess and Mikes home was absolutely perfect in every way! Beautiful home right on the beach, stocked games/entertainment that my family enjoyed all weekend. They took time in details and we loved all of the state starbucks mugs that gave us a glimpse into all their travels. Wish we had more time to stay longer. Perfect location to great restaurants and main attractions in St Augustine. I’ve stayed at beautiful locations before with million dollars views just like this but I have never had such great host that were flexibly and super quick to communicate with. My family will be booking this location again in the spring and summer! Thanks Jess and Mike your house felt like home and you were absolutely the best!

We truly cannot thank our hosts enough for their incredible kindness, thoughtful accommodations, and genuine warmth. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel completely at home. Our kids were over the moon with the amazing backyard, all the pool toys, and the endless games - it was such a joy watching them play and explore. We cherished every moment, whether we were hanging out together, watching the kids practice their golf swings, snuggling up on the couch for movies, or relaxing in the ocean breeze. Their communication was exceptional throughout, and their hospitality went far beyond anything we expected. We are so grateful for such a beautiful and welcoming stay.

We spent Thanksgiving in this beautiful brand-new home, and it truly made our holiday unforgettable. The moment we walked in, we could feel the love and care that went into creating this space. Catrina’s place was immaculate. It was spotless, spacious, and had everything we could possibly need. We made so many special memories here — laughing over mini golf tournaments, relaxing in the fully stocked backyard, and enjoying the comfort of everyone having their own space. The elevator was such a unique, premium touch that made the stay feel even more luxurious. Catrina was an amazing host from start to finish: warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay perfect. This home gave us the perfect backdrop for family, connection, and gratitude. We couldn’t have asked for a better Thanksgiving getaway. Highly recommend this gem!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful three-story home! Even though the weather was cooler, it made the trip feel perfect for a fall or winter getaway. The private pool and fully stocked beach gear were impressive with chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and a cooler. We are so excited to come back to the Port Side Retreat this summer! Inside, everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed. The elevator made unloading easy, and the four bedrooms and four full bathrooms were ideal for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we enjoyed grilling in the evenings. The hosts truly went above and beyond. There was something to do for everyone. We loved playing putt putt in the backyard while others fished in the canal. They even caught a few fish! The location is perfect for quick trips into St. Augustine. We enjoyed Nights of Lights, great restaurants, and all the history and shops. This home is fantastic for a family getaway with plenty to do.

I can see why they have such high ratings! The stay was beautiful, the location felt private and safe and just a few minutes from the beach! If you forget something, dollar general is right at the front of the neighborhood! Catrina is incredibly accommodating and the beds were so comfy!! Overall 10/10! We will return!!

Our family fell in love with The Starboard Retreat as soon as we walked in—it felt more like a home than a rental. The owners really thought of everything. The kids went straight to the putt-putt course while we unpacked using the elevator, which made things so easy. We spent our mornings by the private pool and evenings walking to Crescent Beach with all the beach gear they provided. The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were so comfy, even our early risers slept in! The hosts were amazing, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. This place gave us the perfect chance to slow down and make great memories. We can’t wait to come back!

What a beautiful home!! It was absolutely perfect for spending the weekend with friends and entertaining our little ones! The hosts were so extremely helpful and responded back to us within minutes with any questions that we had. They even went out of their way to put a ramp for our son with disabilities. We will absolutely be coming back!!!!! A wonderful stay.

This was my third stay over the last two years and like the location and the layout of the house. Nice having the beach amenities which included a wagon, chairs, towels, and large sun shade. The beach at Matanzas inlet is fantastic. Also suggest visiting Washington State Park. You can also easily walk to the beach from the house. House was clean and beds are very comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet.

Unreal! We had a wonderful time here. Very well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Already planning another trip here! The short walk to the beach was awesome and the beach was unbelievable. Quiet streets. Great covered front porch. The beds were actually more comfortable than mine at home!! Response time to any question was within 5 minutes. You guys have a great airbnb!
